There is never a refund for leads, only replacements for the leads that qualify.

Always give us about 48 hours to fulfill a credit request as our staff checks the validity of each request.

If you close your account, you cannot get any credits and there are no refunds.  So if SeniorLeads owes you credits, these are applied against fresh leads that arrive into your account, meaning you must have an active account.
