A MUCH better suggestion for him is to create a folder in his email client and a rule that says
If the subject is “You have a new prospect!” you have a new prospect then put that email in a folder OR delete it.
That way, he will see all of the OTHER email and the assistant will see the prospects.
However, if he wants to do it his way:
The only way to do that is to list his assistant as the primary email address (where the advisor’s email address goes).
Then the assistant will GET ALL email in addition to the leads.
(eliminate any email address in the assistant’s section of the account)
Therefore, get his response approving this and that he will still be responsible for any communication we send.
I believe this will also change his login to advisorbooklets.com because there the email address is used for login.
