when we reduce the radius, we always cut it in half
10 to 5 miles
Then 5 to 3
Then 3 to 1
We don’t just do what the client wants in terms of radius reduction:
Since you have received more than 5 leads in 5 days, we have reduced your radius from 10 miles to 5 miles.
If you continue to receive more than 5 leads in the next 5 days, after today, we will reduce it to 3 miles (per your request)
And If you continue to receive more than 5 leads in the following 5 days, we will reduce the radius to 1 mile (per your request).

1. The ONLY conditions needed to reduce radius is that
a) advisor radius must already be at 10 miles or less
b) they receive more than 5 leads in 5 days
c) they make the request
d) IT DOES NOT need to be a 1st or third Thursday
