If the autosend feature for booklets is used, any reply to the email by the prospect goes directly "from address" which you have entered in your account
The e-booklets are emailed from noreply@SeniorLeads.com. We cannot email the booklet form the advisors email address because we do not have access to the advisor's email account and cannot
falsely place that address on the email.
If the recipient's email address is not correct, the bounced notification goes to noreply@SeniorLeads.com.
