You cannot request a credit in the back office is if the lead is more than 30 days old (once the lead is more than 30 days old, the credit button gets grayed out in the back office).
We disclose this in your initial agreement.
When we pass on a lead on t you that qualifies for a credit, we need notice within 30 days as we can then return the lead to the original source and we get a credit. After 30 days, we cannot get any credit for the lead. We pass along the exact same requirements to our clients. We understand that the post office may have been tardy in returning undeliverable mail. But that is not an issue we can control.
