You can make changes to your phone, fax, email, to turn text messages on/off for your leads or any other account information at any time. Just login and click the "edit contact/credit card" link on the left.

You can pause your account anytime AFTER your account has been active for 30 days (just click the pause link on the left of your back office). The pause will be effective the upcoming thursday at 9 pm pacific after you select it.
