We place your ads in 2-week intervals. Once placed, we cannot make any changes on your ads until the next first and/or third Thursday of the month.
Therefore, to make changes to your prospect types, your radius or your central zip code - log into your back office the first and/or third Thursday of each month (these are the only days when you can change these items). On the left, you will see links to make these changes.
You can cancel your account on the first and/or third Thursday of the month (as we have already placed your ads and cannot cancel your account as we have already paid for your ads in advance). In your back office, click the cancel link on the left.
