There are 2 situations when our software reduces your radius.
1. when you first start, if you set your radius and that radius has more than 400,000 people, our software will reduce your radius down to 400,000 people. Why? Because we get so many complaints from advisors about getting TOO MANY leads. This is an automatic control FOR YOUR PROTECTION SO THAT YOU DO NOT GET TOO MANY LEADS. Do you agree that it is better to have too few leads and then, you can adjust your radius upwards than to have too many leads and get inundated?
Note that there are 6 ways to control your lead flow as explained in your back office. ONE of the options to reduce your lead flow is available ONLY IF your radius is 10 miles or less. If your radius is above 10 miles, that option to reduce your lead flow is not available.

2. Unless you have removed the daily cap on your account (the cap limits you to 5 leads per day), you will not get more than 5 leads per day. However, we may be getting 10 leads per day from the advertisements we run for you, and any leads above 5 are simply wasting our money. In that case, our software will reduce your radius. This has no impact on your account as you were getting the maximum daily limit of 5 per day. Reducing your radius reduces the number of leads we need to buy exceeding 5 leads per day and does not impact your lead flow.
