Question from advsior:

I need your expertise. There is a person who is in my list of prospects and has requested 3 booklets, which I mailed to him 2 weeks ago. For the first time today he answered his phone and he alleged that he has not received anything yet!!.

How do other advisors handle similar situations? I would hate to have sent 6 booklets to someone they may come back to say that he did not receive them again

Please let me know of your thoughts

Answer:

Historically, first class mail has been delivered the next day in the united states.
I have no idea how well or how badly the postal service is operating.

Booklets should always be sent first class.

If the advisor confirms that the address is correct, then the other option is to send an email with the pdf attached.
This can also be done automatically by turning on that feature in the back office.

Also note that we have a script for calling the prospect in the guide "How to follow up on your prospects" and the advisor should never ask "did you receive the booklet?" as that is not part of the script.
